Return Policy

Buyer is allowed to try painting in their setting for up to thirty (30) days after artwork arrives at its destination.

If unsatisfied, buyer then has three (3) days to package and ship artwork back to the artist (Kathryn Carlson). A tracking number emailed or texted to the artist is expected by the third day or refund will not be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon arrival to artist, the artwork will be inspected for any damage. If damaged, the artist will only issue a partial refund.

If buyer has met all stated requirements, then a full refund with be issued upon art arrival and inspection. Buyer will then be notified.

Print sales are final.
